Dignity
We respect privacy, identity, communication and the right to make decisions.
Medease Health Care
A local disability support team focused on dignity, dependable service and meaningful everyday progress.
Who we are
Medease Health Care supports people with disability to live with greater choice, confidence and connection.
We believe good support begins with listening. Every participant has different routines, relationships, cultural needs, communication preferences and goals. Our role is to understand those details and build a service that feels practical, respectful and reliable.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and health professionals so that everyone understands the plan and the participant remains at the centre of decisions.

What guides us
We respect privacy, identity, communication and the right to make decisions.
Participants guide how, when and where support is delivered.
Clear expectations, consistent communication and dependable follow-through.
We support progress at a pace that feels realistic and meaningful.
Culture, background, beliefs, identity and lived experience are welcomed.
Feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service quality.
